Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours muddy deep amber - brown with a small, bubbly beige head. The aroma is oily, sappy, resinous, pine, toffee, hop sack and leather. The taste is drying, bitter, slick, oily, west coast dankness, piney, resinous, sappy, leafy, light tannin, peppery spice, twist of grapefruit and some alcohol with a drying, piney finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Would like a touch more carbonation to truly elevate it. Nice chewy punchy west coaster.
