Cask at Speedwell Bar, Dundee. It pours clear oily good with a small white cap. The aroma is sweet, oily, honey cake, rather floral, toasty grains, elderflower, slight soapy and brioche. The taste is dry, firm, lightly bitter, grassy, floral, elderflower, waxy citrus peel, bready, biscuit, tannin and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Lighter end of medium body and soft carbonation. Nice floral vibes. Not bad.
