375ml bottle from Brew Export. It pours a lovely clear deep red colour with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is nice and funky, damp basement, barnyard which mellows of to ripe sweet cherry, Bakewell pudding, tangy orange, gingerbread, vanilla and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, sour, puckering, nip of acidity, tangy orange, sherbet, plenty of cherry, vanilla, oak, vinous quality, fizzy cherry cola bottle, only find the pineapple if I am searching for it and some light oak tannin through to a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Works very well.
