Bottle from Park Shop. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of tea and caramel. Flavour of copper and berries. Medium body with a smooth, cask-like mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A tasty beer in great condition.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy brown with a thick, fluffy yellow - white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, nutty, brown bread, biscuit, honeyed cereals and leather. The taste is dry, some bitterness, earthy, nutty, wood, resin, spice, leather, biscuit, dull caramel and brown bread. Finish is dry and nutty/spicy. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Hides the alcohol pretty well imo. A decent strong ale.
