Bottle at Brewdog Sheffield. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, funky apple, plastic, bark, yogurt funk. Flavour is composed of dry pithy apple. Twist of lemon. Rind, horsey funk some pithy lacto. Palate is dry and tart, prickly carbonation. Good dry finish.

Bottle from BD Inverurie. It pours pretty clear greenish - gold with a dissipating white head. The taste is fresh, zingy and tart, lovely sour green apple character, funky, pear skin, sherbet, sour apple candy, soor plooms and juiciness. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, puckering, earthy apple skin, juicy green apple, sour plooms, touch of citric acidity, some funk, dry oak and hay with apple skins on the finish. Medium body and fizzy, prickly carbonation. Really nice balance of fruit, zing, pucker and funk. Well done.
