Bottle picked up in Dufftown. It pours darkest brown to black with a medium beige head. The aroma is sweet and warming whisky, treacle, molasses, malt loaf, cacao, fruit cake, pie crust, vanilla and oak. The taste is smooth, yet dry, toasty grain, warming whisky vibes, fruity, fruit cake, Eccles cake, oak, malt loaf, molasses and some berry with a fruity finale. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Smooth and moreish. Whisky integrates well with the base beer. Nice!
