Bottle picked up in Westhill. It pours deep reddish - brown with medium light tan head. The aroma is soft, fruity, ripe strawberry takes the lead, juicy, jammy, tangy, jelly babies and Victoria sponge cake. The taste is crisp, yet soft, fruity, juicy, tangy, real strawberry character throughout (not an artifical one), jammy, Victoria sponge cake, splash of cola and just a touch of woody tannin. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Has a nice real fruit character. A very solid fruit beer.
