Keg at MSBH 2019. Only 60l made! It pours opaque black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, charred wood, whiskey, oily, burnt toast, toasted marshmallow, spice, tonka beans, umami, ismokey bacon and frazzles. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, rich roasted malt, charred wood, burnt toast, chewy, toasty, dark chocolate, burnt toast, tar, warming alcohol, tannin, loads of oak, whisky, touch of fruitiness, fruit cake and Eccles cake with a drying finish. Full body, fine carbonation and chewy mouth - feel. Fulsome with a good depth. Nice work.
