Cask at Crate. It pours hazy deep red with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is fairly, soft, light, toasty grain, red berry skin, jam, bread and light spice. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, pithy, tannin, red berry skin, orange peel, bit soapy, touch of berry tartness, juniper, grainy, chewy malt, wood and leather with a drying finish. Light body and low/soft carbonation. Lacks a bit of body and comes across very drying. Fair at best.
