Bottle at The Situation, Las Palmad. It pours hazy reddish - purple with a decent off-white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, rather jammy on the fruit front, vanilla, fruit pie, vinous, marzipan and cake. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, tart, vinous, tangy fruits, plum skin, grape skin, acidity kick, spice, straw, granny smith apple, sherbet, touch of jam and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Found this rather enjoyable. Best sour I had on my trip for sure. Interesting and very drinkable stuff.
