This journey uses only a single hop (El Dorado) to show off the flavors and aromas available. The malt is turned down to allow the hop to shine through. it is a very pale beer with plenty of wheat.

Cask at Beer Rebellion GH. It pours clear orange - amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy orange citrus, tangerine, marmalade and hay. The taste is pretty bitter, plenty of orange citrus, tangerine, tangy marmalade, wood, toasty grain, grass and pepper with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent tangy orange vibe. Not bad.
