A domestic pilsner brewed with the same methods as many of our German style lagers, but with all American ingredients. Single decocted with PA grown pilsner malt from Double Eagle. Hopped with Willamette, a classic American variety that shares it’s lineage with Stryrian Goldings. Medium bodied with a refreshingly dry lemon/lime hop character.

Draught at Schuykill Banks: pours gold with nice foamy head. Aroma is lemon/lime, grassy, light grain. Clean and very crisp. Really nicely done.

Draft at Human Robot, Jenkintown, 1/11/25. Clear gold, lager foamy white head. Bright grassy, herbal, and floral. Citrus zest, pine. Nicely dry, very clean. Excellent.
