Bottled. Dark ruby, almost opaque black, small tan head. Chocolaty and toasted aroma. Very chocolaty porter, aftertaste has lots of chocolate too. Not too sweet, robust and balanced.

500ml bottle. Black beer with thick frothy dark beige head. Plenty of dark roasted malts, even a bit of toffee. Dark choc/coffee. Quite smooth in mouth, bit of sour liquorice, but a well balanced beer and the best of the bottled Alcazar beers I’ve had. Dark roasted raisins too on the flavour

A pitch black beer with a small brown head. The aroma is very fruity and also contains notes of prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of prune pudding, chocolate, and roasted bread. The end is dry.
