Keg at The Henry House, Halifax. It pours orange-amber with a small white head. The nose is rather juicy...sweet, candied citrus, stewed orange, pear drops, apple pie, cracker and spicy grain. The taste is crisp, clean, apple, pear, banana bread, cloves, light tart citrus, toasty grain and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp and clean. Pretty nice hefeweizen all in all.
