Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apple, ginger, star anis - cough syrup-like. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, ginger - anis, cough syrup. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111230]

At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Lots of ginger. Base cider is fine. Medium dry. Some biting ginger on the finish. I thought quite tasty
