Cask at Nairn Beerfest. It pours clear bright red with a small white head. The nose is earth, bitter-sweet, beetroot, jam grass and love hearts candy. The taste is very earthy, some bitterness, beetroot, grass, hay and wheat with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Beetroot character is very obvious is this sucker. Good fun anyhow.
