Bottle purchased from the cidery stall at St Helier xmas market. It pours hazy gold with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is sweet, juicy, oily, apple, pear, earth, barnyard, apple pie, melon and spice. The taste is sweet apple, spicy, earth, barnyard, honeydew melon, pear, light acidity, sherbet and some mouth-pucker with a dryish finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Easy going and drinkable stuff.
