750ml bottle from the cidery stall at St Helier xmas market. It pours hazy pale orange with a small fizzy white head. The nose is sweet apple crumble, stewed pear, passion fruit, barnyard, some acidity, earthy, funk and custard. The taste is crisp, tart, light acidity, juicy fresh apple, pear drops, nectarine, vinous quality, some funky barnyard, fruit pie and sherbet and a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and effervescent carbonation. Nice depth of flavour and brilliant balance. Very drinkable and quaffable. The best of the bunch.
