Cask at the Prince of Wales, St Peter’s Port, Guernsey. It pours clear golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is soft, doughy, toasty grain, earth and wood. The taste is bitter, doughy, cereal, grainy, mild citrus, wood and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good to finally find a Randall’s on cask! Standard golden bitter territory. Good condition at least. Alright.
