Cask at Pot Still, Glasgow. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, toasty, floral, grain, mild honey sweetness. The taste is crisp, massive firm bitterness, grassy, earthy, floral, wood and potpourri with a dry finish. Light-medium and fine carbonation. Crazy bitter. Not bad at all.
