Keg at Potting Shed, Edinburgh. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The nose is wheat, earth, lactic, must, hay, wheat and mild cheesecake. The taste is crisp, mildly tart, lactic, wheat, dough, apricot and orange peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nowhere near as tart as I would like, but drinkable nonetheless.
