Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Cask at the Cadogan Arms, Chelsea. It pours golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is slightly sweet, earth, dough and light spice. The taste is pithy citrus, lemon, grapefruit, nice level of bitterness, straw, light resin, some spice and earth with a dry, crisp finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty tasty and very much sessionable.
