Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, toasted, candy, moderate hoppy, candy, licorice root - sorbis bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, candy sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111205]

Bottled. Hazy golden yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some fruits, some mild marzipan as well. Flavour is quite much the same. One of the better English witbier.
