Into the void we go. We came up with Chimes at Midnight to create a session-able dark beer. Smooth chocolate and roast notes come through on the aroma. The flavor follows with smooth bakers’ chocolate and a medium roast character. The body is light with a low bitterness to allow for more than one of these in a sitting.

16oz pour a dark black with some rootbeer Grey head. Nose has molasses and burnt toast and caramel and Charleston chew. Flavors follow. Nutty. Peanut brittle. Finishes full but dry. Some roasty bitterness. 7 4 8 4 14
