A blend of 22 month barrel-aged saison with various strains of brettanomyces, a wild yeast known for producing funky & fruity flavors. Refermented with a very small amount of pomegranate to boost the vinous character the barrel-aged beer was already expressing. Notes of dry riesling, pear cider, lemon zest and hay. Light funk & light acidity.
