Bottle from Getränke-Quelle, Ilsenburg. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100417

Bottle. Pours clear light golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and malt and touches of metal. Rough, estery and bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Not a very rich body. Average.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111221]

Bescheiden hopfiger Antrunk, bald kommt eine passende Herbe hinzu. Das Bier bleibt nun auf dieser Intensitätsstufe und schafft so eine gute Balance zwischen Intensität und Süffigkeit. Der Hopfen nimmt mit der Zeit an Bitterkeit zu, alles bleibt aber in normalen Bahnen, das „billig“ ist hier auswnahmsweise mal nicht zu schmecken. Einfaches Pils. On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. (As Köthener Pils) Clear, a bit pale golden, with a white head leaving lacings. Grain, hay and some hops in the aroma. Quite boring flavor too, with grain, hay and some bitterness. Medium to thin body, and a sweet, slightly bitter finish. Decent, but too boring. (070805)
