Brewed with dedication and patiently barrel-aged for an extended period, this barleywine is a true labor of love. Selected bourbon barrels impart complexity, with notes of vanilla and oak blending seamlessly with a concentrated malt character, and luscious mouthfeel. For the best drinking experience, we recommend a serving temperature of 12-14 degrees celcius.

Аромат приятный, шоколадный, очень йодистый, намеки на карамель. Вкус вроде бы и яркий, но йодистость мне не очень заходит, от неё какая то странная горечь идет. Бочка есть. Вкусно но просто не моё.

From bottle at dark night shared tasting in Kristiansund 14.03.25. Mahogany. Not much head. Aroma and taste of sweet, roasted matl, jam, syrup and cough medicine.

Bottle. Oily pour, dark brown with a small beige head. Alcohol, dark dried fruit, caramel, dark chocolate, some oxidation, meaty notes, coffee hints, booze and a hint of licorice. Full body, warming and oily, sweet, with a good bitterness. Roasted malts, dark sugar, coffee, licorice and some cocoa. Dark dried fruit and alcohol. Lasting finish. Delicious indeed, complex, tasteful and moreish. 250131
