"Sverd" Sword is a traditionally crafted cider (traditional method) made from Rubinstep apples. The cider undergoes bottle fermentation for nine months, followed by disgorging to remove sediment, creating a clean and balanced flavor. The result is a cider with natural effervescence and a distinct character from the slow fermentation process.

YG . Pale golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma and flavor is apple, yeast, grass, acidic. OK.

Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Bryne. A well sparkling straw-golden colored cider. Thin white head. Freshly harvested apple, apple juice, a yeasty hint, apple seed and grass in the aroma. Effervescent, dry, lightly acidic mouthfeel. A bit yeasty flavor, fresh apple, apple juice, light vinous hints, grass, green grape. Sort of buttery towards the end. Sure not bad, but a bit too yeasty for me. 250313

Fra flaske på Gladmatfestivalen juni-24: klar gylden med herlig duft og konsentrert smak av supersaftige, nyhøstede epler. Det virker som om de sjelden eller aldri trår feil på Sandalen. Herved notert på innkjøpslista.
