Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, peppery, malty, sweet malt, pineapple notes. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light citrus and grass hop presence but is mainly sweet with notes of bread. Flavor is sweet throughout with notes of cookies and sweet grains. A bit of grass hops in the finish.
