A hopped-up twist on a Belgian classic. Spicy, fruity, banana notes lent by Belgian Chouffe yeast fill the nose and palate. Substantial flavor and aroma hops provide lingering notes of citrus and marmalade.

Winter Beer Fest, Philly: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is cat piss, citrus, and yeast. Taste is dry Belgian hops, with some cat piss, weed, and fruits. Kind of on the dry side. Not very bitter. I liked it just side. Less of an IPA than a hoppy Belgian ale.
