Winter Beer Fest, Philadelphia: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, light fruitiness, and mild Belgian hops. Taste is mildly bitter. Slightly sweet. Pretty dry around the finish. Pretty good.

Sampled from the tap at the Normal brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a gold hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some light fruits and citrus with some underlying grapefruit and earthy grains. Flavor has earthy citrus and grass with a touch of a bread backbone.

Draft. From notes. Citrusy with caramel and a bit of Belgian yeast. I really with desthil had a bigger presence around here. I really enjoy their stuff.
