Rattle ’n’ Hum, NYC tap: Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt and actually a nice bit of hops. Taste is mostly sweet and malty, but there is a nice little bitter undertone. This doesn’t try to do anything crazy, but it succeeds pretty well at being a nice Marzen.
