The Ruck, Troy tap: Pours copper with a slight off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit and tons of it, light hints of booze, and plenty of sugar. Taste is bitter and quite fruity. The fruitiness softens the bitterness a bit. This beer isn’t doing anything new, but I thought it was a drinkable double IPA. Unlike the other raters, I didn’t find it boozy, but maybe that was because I was chomping on wings.
