A clear dark reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, piney hops, coffee. Taste of coffee beans, dark malt, piney hops, long bitter finish.

Cremiger, hopfig malziger Beginn. Trockener Mittelteil, angenehm herb, sehr frisch, leicht grasig. Röstnoten, zunehmende Bitterkeit, würzig, langer Abgang. Gelungen! 10/11/12/11/10/11

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2025. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty, quite fruity aroma of caramel, dark chocolate, coffee, tropical fruits and blueberry. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty-bitter, quite fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, licorice, tropical fruits and blueberry, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty BIPA, happy to see this style more often again.
