Highly hopped without bound, Infinity IPA is our interpretation of the new generation of India Pale Ale.
Pale Maris Otter malts combine with healthy quantities of Mount Hood, Challenger, Golding and Amarillo hops to make for an infinitely hoppy IPA.
Refreshing, crisp and sharp with a lingering bitter finish, Infinity IPA is best enjoyed chilled and with a thirst that needs quenching.

Bottle, Tebay Services, M6. Amber pour with a middling white head. Fruity, hoppy nose and flavour alongside notes of caramel, biscuit, wood and malts. Perfectly drinkable if veering towards the uninspiring corner of the dancehall.

Cask at the brewpub. Clear light orange golden coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is odd damp hay, spicy pepper, earthy hedgerow berry and a hint of caramel. Flavour is composed of sweet and tangy orange rind, little hay, caramel, tangy lemon citrus. Palate is quite sweet, tangy, lowish carbonation. A little rough round the edges. Lingering damp hay.

On cask at Black Bull, Coniston - Cracker this one. Deep amber body, thick lacing white head. Nose is all kinds of fruit punch with citrus, berries and tropical fruits there, Great syrupy mouthfeel helps the bittersweet taste, king lasting finish. Superb.
