Strong, dry, bright, classic pilsner made from a classic pilsner water profile, german pilsner malt & traditional german yeast, but with a late pinch of Mosaic and Cascade for a hint at the new world.

Keg at Casc. It pours lightly hazy blonde with minimal head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, grassy, hay, lemongrass, zingy, biscuit and lime. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, floral, lemongrass, lime, peppery spice, grassy, leather and pepper with dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Drinks well for the style. Punchy and dangerous.
