Appearance: Cloudy deep yellow with a tall off-white frothy head. Aroma and taste: Wheat bread, banana, somewhat spicey. Light sweet & bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Worth that little money.

Bottle on the train from Frankfurt And Der Oder to Furstenwalde, 22/07/22. Clear golden with a well presented white head. Nose is caramel, banana, light herb, bready notes. Taste comprises sweet tones, banana bread, herb, clove, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Hefe.

Can 50 cl. Honey-yellow, hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: light banana, lollipops, bun, sweet but sour. Taste: wheat bun, lollipops, banana and a little spice, lively carbonation, cheap mass weizen.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden or brass colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Wheaty aroma, sweet-ish notes of banana, a touch of clove and cardboard. Taste is slightly bready malty, minimally wheaty, papery hints of banana, dried banana, slightly watery througout. Light, simple, monotonous, not much yeast action going on here.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of phenolic esters, hints of banana, not too sweet. Taste of phenolic banana, ester, some clove, boring!

Bottle 500ml. [ As Frankfurter Hefeweizen Premium ].Hazy murky medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana, bubble gum, sweet yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, banana, sweet banan. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111126]
