The leading hop variety in the brewing process is the Polish “Marynka” hops, which leave a dry and refreshing bitterness.
The beer is named ‘AhornBryg’ because it is particularly characterized by the use of maple syrup, which ensures the beer a sweet aftertaste against the bitterness.
It is one of the wonderful raw materials of the forest, which starts its journey in the roots of the tree and later finds its way to our beer tanks.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a tiny, fizzy off-white head. Very faint aroma, slightly biscuity. Medium body, caramel and Bastogne biscuits with very little bitterness. The maple syrup does not anuthing in particular - not sweetness either. As always with these Van Pur brews, flawlessly and lifelessly executed. 231125

amber light brown to golden with a small white head.
mild sort of sweet nutty aroma, mild syrupy notes, perfumey. bit weird.
flavor is easy drinking, dry malty, euro hop bitterness, slightly flowery, good non-watery mouthfeel, a good macro "guldbajer" feel to it. [as Skovlyst AhornBryg Ravgylden Bock] purchased 2025 in lidl.
