6/6/2019. From bag in a box at Leeds Beer Festival. Pours very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples and toffee. Heavy sweetness dominates to taste with just a little tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet finish.

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and light funk aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity, mellow apple, with light funk, hay and floral, citric notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry citric finish. Quite OK.

Bag in a box at EBF XV, 09/08/13. Hazed pale yellow akin to weak lemon squash and no head. Nose is light apple, earthy, orachard fruits, sugar. Taste follows, notes of pears and apples, sugars but not overly sweet. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Ok.

From bag in a box. Pous hazy yellow with a small white. Aroma is peachy and golden yellow with small white head. Sweet, fruity, wooden and light toasted malty. Bitter, mild citric. Smooth fruity into the finish. Wooden and light citric.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, dry apples, thin apples, celery notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, thin apple. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20111211]

At the Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, 30/7/2011. Pale green with slight fizz. Very easy drninking, with pelnty of sweet apple juice and a suggestion of something dry in the finish. Great on a summer’s day.
