This French organic brew pours a pale yellow colour with a slight haze to it. Its head is white, fluffy and foamy with decent retention and lace. Lots of tiny sediments are floating all around and carbonation is pretty light. Malty smell at first, followed by some hop, and then goes into a corn field. Typical organic taste, which I have never been a fan of, but hard to explain what it is. Still, malty and grassy with a crisp mouthfeel and medium-light bodied. Not bad at all, and not much more (expensive) than the regular Boris (here in Ontario). A pretty refreshing organic lager great for summer.

Canette 500ml.

Wonderful pour filled with solid head and a foggy yellow-orange body. What would go for average in the appearance department in France suddenly becomes spectacular in North America - fascinating. Aroma is plenty of hops and some coriander trying to hide a malty brew. Flavour is hops and more hops with some grain hints on the back end. Dry finish. Not a very good French beer but very refreshing after so many bland North American beers. Try harder, brewers!

A golden lager with a thin creamy lacing white head. Aroma of sweet fruity esters over lemony malts. In mouth, a light biscuitty malt with rather German hopping, light sweetness, not bad conisdering this is sold as a politically correct bio eurolager. 500 ml can from LCBO.
