Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head and lacings. A bit of bread, caramel, banana and wheat. Medium bodied. Fine.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is frruits, some spices, mild earthy and yeasty notes as well. Flavour is sweet malts, wheat, some yeast and also some mild nutty notes. Fruity and yeasty aftertaste.

Dark ruby red color, small off-white head. Bubblegummy, a bit spicey aroma, also toasted banana. Medium-bodied. Flavor is similar to aroma: toasted banana then bubblegummy. Quite pleasant standard dunkelweizen.

bottle, bought at a Getränkemarkt in Vohenstrauß. Strange, the beer isn’t even listed at Scherdel’s website. Hazy dark brown colour with a large beige head. Aroma of chocolate. Medium-bodied, malty with hints of caramel and chocolate, shy hints of coffee and banana. Dry mouthfeel. Well-balanced Dunkelweizen.
