"Klöpplerin", ein "Neuseeland Pale Ale" in Schankbier-Stärke (besser: -Schwäche) vom Malzschmied, Fläschchen (MHD: 06.01.25) aus Wallenfels. - Goldbraun, klar. - Schwache Nase. - Dünnes, blaß toastiges Malz, schwache zitronige und herbale Hopfung und deutliche wenngleich noch erträgliche Säure. - Schwaches Pale Ale aus dem Frankenwald. Dabei habe ich das leicht überschrittene MHD schon als mildernden Umstand berücksichtigt. (23.1.2025.)

Fles ter plaatse gekocht. Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van gras, wat kardemon en wat gebrande noten.
