Can. Kotbusser? Say what now? Pours a fairly hazy orange with a tidy cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Pretty mandarin, bright and fruity, lesser tangerine and a bare hint of esters. Couldn't really taste honey or molasses, well perhaps a touch of honey but, I guess those ingredients might be fermented out. Nice beer. If this is what Kotbusser really tasted like, then I bet a lot of Germans were pissed off in 1517.

Cremiger, leicht säuerlicher Beginn. Würzig hellmalzig, Weizen, Hafer, geringe Bitterkeit, weich, mittellanger Abgang, rund. 10/8/7/8/11/8

🇷🇸. Moderate sourish beginning. Very soft, dry. Hints of honey, grain. Fruity, mild. A bit grainy alcoholic, soft aftertaste. Nice.
