I’m a little late posting this one. Just porting over notes taken from the recent Ratebeer Toronto East vs West Bombarbier event at the Only. I’ll admit I was getting a little loopy by this one, but I will not admit the defeat for the WEST! I’ll admit I love trying new (and potentially messed-up) beers. This came off a bit weird. Pours a rosy gold with some cloud, a finger of white dense creamy head. Nose has lots of raw ginger, some sweetness, and a mild malty-ness in the back. The taste is very malty, a good ginger zing lasts thoughout, but overall a little thin on the pallet.

This is pretty undrinkable - a drain pour for me. Pours cloudy orange without head or lacing. Some malt with ginger. Elements don’t really come together - seems like they just had a bad experiment and threw it at C’est what for the beer festival.
