Nice package. Intense, robust roast malt, coffee and dark chocolate make the profile here. Although they call it a desert here at the brewpub, this affair stays strictly bitter. Pours black and looks syrupy but consistency is thick without being sticky. Soft carbonation and a hint of booze in the finish. Tap at Ithaca.
