(Draught at Bryden’s, Sept 15 2013) Pours a clear, very pale straw yellow with a tiny head of white bubbles, no lace. Aroma is lemonade-dominated, a little floral, herbal. Lemonade/rind first up on the palate, not too concentrated, sweet/tart. Cut grass/peppery notes in mid-palate but restrained, pale malt and a sort of powdery yeast saison character towards the finish, dries out a fair bit, slight tartness remains. Light body, somewhat mineral, lightly acidic, carb moderate. Refreshing stuff, but I found it fairly straight-forward. It needs a hot sunny patio and those are now in short supply.

This is really nice. Awesome integration of elements here. Aroma of pot pourri, lemongrass and florals. Soft carbonation. Pours blonde light blonde without much head or lacing. Finishes bitter with some hay thats balanced well by lemon. Theres something else in here that I cant quite place as well. A lot of flavour comes out of this low alcohol beer. Tap at volos.
