Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Herbal and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light herbal flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light herbal notes linger with light malt.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated January 17, 2025.
Aroma is fruity and hop forward with lots of passion fruit, guava, tropical citrus and lighter dank, oily resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized,.fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where a small film lingers. Medium low lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong citrus notes with grapefruit pith, tangerine and tropical citrus. Lighter passion fruit and berry notes. Moderately strong lingering dank, oily resin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Nice hop aroma and flavor with an assertive, lingering bitterness typical for this style. Malt profile is lighter and more crisp with a bit of a drier finish than normal. Alcohol is well hidden..
