Eine Vollmundige, runde Bierspezialität, das ist der Inbegriff für eine traditionelle Brauweise. Unfiltriert wie in alten Zeiten kommt das vollkommene, süffige Aroma zur Geltung und ergibt ein unverwechselbares weiches und mildes Geschmackserlebnis. Es sieht gold bis bernsteinfarben aus und ist trüb.

Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass turbid, nice head. Starts quite dry, very moldy-grasy from the beginning on, also woody. Finish a bit unbalanced and too grasy. Not my favourite.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Malty nose with hints of yeast and barnyard. Medium-bodied, malty background with nice aromatic and bitter hops and a touch of barnyard. A good rural Kellerbier.

Bottled. Cloudy pale orange, firm rocky head - looks delicious! Dryish and well rounded. Grassy herbal hoppy nose. Lightly buttey and doughy, getting increasingly bitter towards the finish.

on tap at Neckarmüller in Tübingen. Cloudy yellow, low head. Light fruit and grassy hop aroma. Orangepeel, spice good hop balance. Wellagered, chewy. Drinkable fresh unfiltered lager.
