Bottled@fonefan. Pale yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some raisins, mild herbs as well as some sweetness. Flavour is honey, some herbs, earth, mild nectar and alcohol. Still quite dryish palate.

Pours slightly hazy golden. Aroma has notes of honey with some vineous notes and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet with a very dry alcohol and nutty, honey finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily.

Bottle. A clear, oily mead with some notes of yellow. Flowery honey aroma with some alcohol. Very dry, quite full-bodied and oily. Honey and flowers in the flavor too, rather straight forward and boring. Well, there’s not much to be said about this one, it’s far from foul, but utterly boring and not very interesting. 120622

Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry, honey, grape, thin, wood, dry wood. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finsh feel is light to light moderate alcoholic. [20111201]
