50cl bottle pours a clear cherry red with no head. Nose has raspberry and hibiscus, briny, some cherry, some funk lambrusco. A little Cantillon thing happening with the lemon sourness and funk. Cherry and raspberry and hibiscus. A salty note declares its new world, but there is a nice, medium full body. Long finish. Tart and dry and only medium acid.

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a very vibrant red color without much of a head at all, not still though. Aroma was huge hibiscus flower, with light ginger. Flavor as candy ginger, tart blueberry, vinous acid. Spicy ginger finish.
